The board shall adopt rules to govern its proceedings. The board shall keep records of its examinations and other official actions, which shall be filed in the office of the Board and shall be a public records. Appeals to the Board of Adjustment can be taken by a person aggrieved or by an officer, department or board of the municipality affected by a decision of the administrative officer.
Composition and Terms
The Zoning Board of Adjustment shall be comprised of five (5) members and two (2) alternates for two year terms. The two alternate members who shall serve in the absence of one or more of the regular members. Each member shall serve two year terms.
The board meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 5:00 pm in City Hall.
