REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

COMPERHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE

The City of Aransas Pass (the City) is accepting Requests for Proposals for a Comprehensive Plan update. The City is seeking the services of a land planning firm with extensive experience, skill, and success in the development of comprehensive plans, community visioning services, and similar processes. The selected consultant will be responsible for facilitating the creation of the City’s Comprehensive Plan update.

Sealed bids will be received at the City Secretary’s Office, City of Aransas Pass, 600 W. Cleveland Blvd., Aransas Pass, TX 78336.  Deadline to submit proposals is Monday, May 22, 2023 at 3:00 pm.   Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked as follows:  Attn: City Secretary, “RFP – Comprehensive Plan Update”, City of Aransas Pass, 600 W. Cleveland Blvd., Aransas Pass, TX 78336.  A proposal package may be obtained from the City Secretary’s office located at 600 W. Cleveland Blvd., Aransas Pass, TX, or at the city’s website at www.aptx.gov.
